Information we handle

Account information. When you register, we store your email address and a protected password representation so you can sign in.

Images and job details. We handle the images you choose to process, their file names, and related job status and timestamps. Images are kept private and are available only to the account that submitted them.

Billing information. Payments are handled by Stripe. SynthClear receives billing and transaction references needed to manage purchases and credits; full card details are handled by Stripe.

Service data. Basic technical and request information may be recorded to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide image processing, maintain your account and job history, manage credits and payments, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

We use service providers for secure storage, image processing, hosting, and payment services. Information is shared with them only as needed to provide and maintain SynthClear. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded originals, processed results, and related job records are deleted 30 days after upload. Account and transaction records may be retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Security and policy updates

We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows when it was most recently revised.
